Every employee has the right to request further training if necessary. If you have concrete ideas for further training, please contact your direct supervisor.

Overload notification
The overload notification indicates to the employer or supervisor that, despite the greatest care in the work, there is a risk that the work tasks can no longer be performed properly. At the same time, unacceptable working conditions are pointed out. Therefore, overload notifications are also discharge notifications for employees.
