EU research support network

Network for EU research support in Saxony-Anhalt

The universities and colleges in the German federal state of Saxony-Anhalt constitute a network for EU research support. This network, which consists of northern and southern EU offices, is supported by the Ministry of Education of the state of Saxony-Anhalt. It provides guidance to all universities and colleges in the state and is involved in the dissemination of information and in consultation and project management in the area of Euresearch support.

Main responsibilities of the office:

• Consultation and support for project applications (search for partners, formal issues in submitting applications, cost accounting, establishment of management structures)
• Project planning and implementation
• Support with contractual negotiations
• Consultation on general issues of project implementation once approval has been granted
• Project management
